Pooch-killing dogs on loose in Tempe, Chandler
Two pooch-killing dogs, a white one and a black one, have become public enemies in a Tempe neighborhood near the Chandler limits.
The canines are terrorizing dog-loving, dog-walking neighbors in the area of East Chilton and McNair drives after they savagely attacked two small dogs July 5.
